Your Vehicle Identification Number is a 17-character code unique to your car. It mixes letters and numbers, and it never uses the letters I, O or Q.

A clean title has never been branded by the state as salvage, rebuilt, flood or junk. If your title shows none of those labels, choose clean.
If it carries one of those brands, choose salvage or rebuilt. If you can’t find the title at all, that’s fine too — just tell us you don’t have it.
Count dents, creases, rust-through or holes that are bigger than a baseball. Light scratches, paint chips and small door dings don’t count.
That happens with broken gauges and older cars. We’ll note that the odometer reading can’t be verified. Please still enter your best estimate of the miles.
Your offer is built from the answers you gave about the car. When those details check out at pickup, it’s the amount you’re paid.
We’ll go over the car’s details with you before pickup. If anything would change the amount, you’ll hear from us first and decide whether to go ahead.
